IN PICTURES: Clare hurlers book place in Munster hurling final with victory over Tipperary

The Banner County will face Limerick on Sunday, June 9

Clare are through to a third consecutive Munster SHC final following a narrow victory over Tipperary at FBD Semple Stadium in Thurles.

Brian Lohan's side emerged victorious following a tough battle with a Tipperary side which were already out of the championship having failed to win any of their three games to date.

The sides were level at half time at 0-11 each but Clare edged in front in the second half to ensure victory on a final scoreline of Clare 1-24 Tipperary 0-24

The Banner County will take on Limerick in the final on June 9 after they comfortably defeated Waterford at TUS Gaelic Grounds.

Cork finished 3rd in the table and will face the winners of the Joe McDonagh Cup (Laois or Offaly) in the All-Ireland series in three weeks time.
