Save the date! The Wolfe Tones confirm details of their 'last Irish show'

Fans are encouraged to join The Wolfe Tones for this "historic, once-in-a-lifetime" event in Limerick as they say goodbye with a night of music, memories, and Irish pride

The Wolfe Tones have announced their final ever live show in Ireland will take place at Thomond Park Stadium in Limerick next summer.

After an “incredible journey” spanning over six decades, the band will bid the final farewell to their fans with this major outdoor concert in what promises to be "an unforgettable night in Limerick and their last Irish show".

The concert will be taking place on Sunday, July 13, 2025.

Having recently performed on the main stage at the 2024 Electric Picnic, which drew the largest ever recorded crowd, and sold out three shows at Dublin's 3Arena and Belfast's SSE Arena, the demand to see The Wolfe Tones one final time has been "nothing short of tremendous".

Brian Warfield of the band reflected on this "remarkable outpouring of love" from fans: “We have been completely overwhelmed by the reaction to the recent shows at the 3Arena, Dublin, and SSE Arena, Belfast! All shows sold out very fast and we know that a lot of people were left disappointed they could not see The Wolfe Tones for one last time."

He added: "We are truly humbled, and the demand to see the group in a major outdoor setting for a final time has been immense. We are therefore delighted to have the opportunity to perform in a major stadium concert at the famed Thomond Park on Sunday,  July 13, 2025. It will be the final farewell and goodbye to all our friends, so let’s do it in true Limerick style!”

Their 2024 tour has already seen "incredible success", with all shows selling out at venues across Ireland, including Virgin Media Park in Cork, Galway Airport, two shows in the Gleneagle INEC Arena in Killarney, the Breakwater Festival in Wexford, the Big Top in Letterkenny, and two shows in the TF Royal Hotel & Theatre, Castlebar.

From their humble beginnings in Dublin to performing at some of the world’s most prestigious venues, such as Carnegie Hall in New York and the Paris Olympia, The Wolfe Tones have left an "indelible" mark on Irish music.

Their songs, from Celtic Symphony to Let The People Sing, have become anthems for generations of fans across the globe.

Fans are encouraged to join The Wolfe Tones for this "historic, once-in-a-lifetime" event in Limerick as they say goodbye with a night of music, memories, and Irish pride.

Tickets are priced at €49.90 and €59.90 will go on sale on Monday, October 28.
