Met Éireann has issued several wind and rain warnings as second storm hits Ireland following Storm Éowyn
Met Éireann has issued a weather warning for Clare as Storm Herminia arrives hot on the heels of Storm Éowyn which wreaked havoc across the country on Thursday night and Friday.
A number of warnings, impacting 18 counties across the country, were issued this Saturday morning.
Just one of the warnings applies to County Clare.
That status yellow wind warning, which also applies to Limerick, Tipperary, Kerry, Cork, Waterford, Carlow, Dublin, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow, Galway, Mayo and Sligo, comes into effect at 6am on Sunday, and remains valid until 6pm.
According to Met Éireann, further damage is likely to be caused to already weakened structures and trees.
Travelling conditions could also be dangerous at times and motorists are being urged to exercise caution if travelling.

The other other warnings issued by Met Éireann are:
* Status yellow snow-ice warning for Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo (valid from 8pm on Saturday to 9am on Sunday)
* Status yellow rain warning for Carlow, Kilkenny, Wicklow, Cork, Kerry, Tipperary and Waterford (valid from 5am to 5pm on Sunday)
* Status yellow wind warning for Donegal, Leitrim, Louth and Meath (valid from 11am on Sunday to 6pm on Sunday)
* Status yellow wind warning for Cork, Kerry and Waterford (valid from 11pm on Sunday to 6am on Monday)
