Witnesses sought by gardai following incident of criminal damage in Ennis
Gardai in Ennis are seeking to identify a number of youths who are suspected of involvement in an incident of criminal damage in the town.
In an appeal for information, they say a house at Abbey Court estate at Limerick Road in the town was damaged at around 8.25pm on Sunday, March 30.
"Five youths approached the property and two of the youths damaged the front door before all five youths ran from the scene back onto Limerick Road," said crime prevention officer Sergeant Catriona Holohan.
Investigations are ongoing and gardaí are appealing to anyone who observed this group of five youths to please contactthem at 065 6848100.

Separately, Gardaí in Killaloe are appealing for witnesses following an incident that occurred in a ground floor apartment at the Royal Parade apartments in the town.
A window was broken on this ground floor residential apartment at 1.15am on Monday, March 31.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious who has information that could assist gardai in Killaloe with their investigation, is asked to contact Killaloe garda station on 061 620540.
