Reflecting its Victorian origins, the boutique guest house spans three floors and comprises a bar and restaurant, 13 en-suite guest rooms, and a private residence with separate entrance.  

The ground floor features a reception area, veranda, dual-section bar each with open fireplaces, a well-lit restaurant with access to a fully enclosed landscaped rear garden, a guest lounge and function room with high ceilings, hardwood flooring, decorative panelling, and ornate ceiling coving, as well as a commercial kitchen, office, washrooms, storage spaces, laundry room, private residence access, and three en-suite guest bedrooms—each offering direct terrace access.

On the first floor, there are four additional en-suite guest bedrooms with sash and cast windows, hardwood flooring, and fully tiled bathrooms. 

This level also includes the private residence, comprising a living room, kitchen, dining room, office, and four bedrooms (two en-suite), with the master bedroom featuring a walk-in dressing room. 

The second floor consists of six further en-suite guest bedrooms and a linen room. 

Situated in Lisdoonvarna, the area is recognized for its natural spa wells, vibrant live music scene, culinary offerings, and the world-famous matchmaking festival, which attracts thousands of visitors globally each September.
