Clare County Council has announced their proposal to install a new bus stop in a village on the outskirts of Ennis.
The proposal will include the installation of the new bus stop along Route 350, in Kilnamona, to improve accessibility and public transport connections.

The public notice, under Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, pertains to the installation of the new bus stop as well as the construction of associated site works at the Kilnamona location.
Plans and particulars of the proposed works can be viewed until Monday January 5 at the offices of Clare County Council, Áras Contae and Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare between 9am and 5pm. They are also available to view online.
Submissions or observations in relation to the proposals may be made by email to roads@clarecoco.ie or in writing to Administrative Officer, Transportation Section, Clare County Council, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026.
