A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of drug charges.
Brian McMonagle (30) of Clonliffe Park in Derry appeared at a preliminary enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court today.
He is charged with attempted possession of cannabis with intent to supply on February 19 2021.
He is also charged with possessing cannabis on June 5 2021 and being concerned in the supply of cannabis on dates between July 25 2020 and June 6 2021.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
McMonagle said he did not want to say anything or call any witnesses at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on March 7 and released on bail.
