A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of drug charges.
David Joseph Mullen (34) of Patterson Park in Strabane appeared at a preliminary enquiry at Derry Magistrate's Court today.
He faces four charges including possessing cannabis with intent to supply on September 21 2021, being concerned in an offer to supply cannabis on the same date and possessing the drugs.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Mullen said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on March 22 and released on bail.
