Derry Court: Two men released on bail following not guilty pleas in assault case

Man returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on 28 charges

Two men have pleaded not guilty to assaulting a man occasioning him actual bodily at Derry Magistrate's Court today. 

Lydon Joshua McCook (24) of Knockhill Park in Ballymoney and Ian Reid (35) of Duncastle Road in Newbuildings were accused of assaulting a man occasioning him actual bodily harm on July 25 2021.

When the charge was put both men said that they were not guilty. 

They were released on continuing bail to appear again on June 8.
