Victoria Place search by PSNI and man arrested under Terrorism Act.
The PSNI has carried out a search of a property in the Victoria Place area of the city.
In a statement it said: "Detectives from the Police Service’s Terrorism Investigation Unit carried out a search of a property in the Victoria Place area of Derry on Sunday, September 10, as part of an ongoing terrorism investigation.
"A 48 year old man was arrested under the Terrorism Act and has been taken into custody for questioning.
"As part of the investigation to date, two wo men aged 22 and 41 and a 26 year old woman arrested on Thursday, September 7, one woman aged 50 arrested on Friday, September 8, and a 43 year old man arrested on Saturday, all arrested under the Terrorism Act, remain in custody at this time."
