A doctor and the representative of a company have been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a charge connected to the death of a female.
Ivan Pepelyashkov (46) with an address at Pine House, Bush Road in Antrim appeared at a preliminary enquiry at Derry Magistrate's Court today.
He faces one charge of manslaughter of a female on May 13 2018.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Pepelyashkov said he did not wish to say anything or call any witnesses at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on October 18 and released on bail.
At the same hearing a representative of the company Easteden Limited of Erganagh Road in Omagh appeared charged with failing to ensure the safety of a non employee on dates between May 10 and May 14 2018.
Again it was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
The representative said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
Easteden Limited was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on October 18.
