The death has taken place of May Armstrong, 20th November 2023, (peacefully) at her home, 28 Agivey Road, Kilrea, in her 108th year, May, dearly beloved wife of the late Sam, much loved mother of Robert, Heather, Letty and David and a dear mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Funeral Service in Churchtown Presbyterian Church on Thursday at 1.00pm followed by interment in adjoining churchyard. House private. Family flowers only please. Elizabeth (Liz) Canning (née Burns), 192 Abbeydale, Derry

The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Liz) Canning (née Burns), 20th November 2023, peacefully in Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, late of 192 Abbeydale. Beloved daughter of the late Jim & Sadie Burns, Ardground. Dear sister of Donald and the late Carol [Traynor], sister-in-law of Margaret and John and a much loved cousin. Devoted aunt of Jennifer, Karen, Shauna, Gavin and David and cherished great-aunt of Emer, Daniel, Ellen, Michael and Anna. Her remains will be removed from W J O'Brien & Son's Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton, BT47 3PU on Wednesday at 5.30pm to St Patrick's Church, Claudy for Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11o'clock. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Narinta Cruickshank, 100 Edenreagh Road, Eglinton

The death has taken place of Narinta Cruickshank, 19th November 2023, beloved wife of Robert, 100 Edenreagh Road, Eglinton, loving mother of Charunet, Nattiya and Annie and deeply regretted by all her extended family and friends. Her remains will be reposing in her home on Wednesday from 2.00pm to 9.00pm. Cremation will take place in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan on Thursday at 1.00pm.

Albert Percy Hamilton, 29 Jack Allen Court, Derry

The death has taken place of Albert Percy Hamilton, 20th November 2023, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital. Late of 29 Jack Allen Court. Funeral service in St Columb’s Cathedral at 1.00pm on Wednesday, 22nd November followed by burial in Glendermott New Cemetery. The death has taken place of Maisie Claudine Haslett, 20th November 2023, peacefully at her Daughter’s Home in Belfast. Formerly of Rossbay, Derry. Dearly beloved Wife of the late Sydney. A much-loved Mother of Alan, David, Lindsay, Mark and Moyra. A devoted Grandmother and Great Grandmother. The death has taken place of Gerlad Madden, 21st November 2023, passed away peacefully. Beloved husband of Monica. Caring Daddy of Majella, Charmaine and Dylan. Much loved Granda of Nigella. His remains will leave his late residence of 17 Ballyavelin Road on Thursday at 9.15am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St.Marys Church. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Helen Smyth (née Johnston), 67 Knockwellan Park, Derry

The death has occurred of Helen Smyth (née Johnston), 21st November 2023, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of Crawford, 67 Knockwellan Park, loving mother of Sandra, Valerie, Debbie, Ken and Greg and a much loved mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Her remains will be reposing in her home on Tuesday from 5.00pm - 9.00pm and on Wednesday from 2.00pm - 9.00pm.
