Derry man (47) returned for trial for possession of drugs with intent to supply

A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court for possession of drugs with intent to supply.

Mark Kelly (47) of Old School Field in Drumahoe appeared in Derry Magistrates Court for a Preliminary Enquiry.

He is charged with, on January 12 this year, possessing cannabis with intent to supply and four charges of possessing cannabis. 
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.

Kelly chose not to submit a statement or to call any witnesses.

He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on January 18.
