Police and other emergency services are at the scene of a serious road traffic collision in the Broad Road area of Limavady.
The road has been closed at its junctions with Windyhill Road and Rathmore Road.
Motorists are being asked to avoid the area at this time and seek an alternative route.
Meanwhile, road users are advised to avoid the area of Moneymore Road, Magherafelt from its junction with Ballymohan road, and Dunronan Road due to damage caused to a building in the area as a result of extreme weather conditions.
Local diversions are currently in place.
