A County Derry man is set to star in The Voice on Saturday, September 28.
Jack McGee posted the update on his social media accounts, including Instagram, about his upcoming performance on the ITV show.
The Voice has given successful careers to the likes of Becky Hill, Vince Kidd and Matt Henry.
Jack has teased the outcome of his audition, not indicating if any of the judges turned to take him as part of their team.
Judges for the 13th season include Tom Jones and Will.i.am, who have been with the show from the first season, LeAnn Rimes and two new judges, Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones, half of the members of the band McFly.
Jack posted on Instagram: “27/02/24 A day I’ll never forget.
“My Granda Mal always told us whatever role we do or take in this lifetime just go “MAKE IT HAPPEN”
“So Mal this ones for you…”Let’s Make It Happen”
“Tune in next Saturday the 28th on @itv for my blind audition of The Voice Uk :) and see if i get a chair turn! Still can’t believe I’m writing this.”

Since posting this news on his social media platforms he has received much support from friends and families.
His local Gaelic club, Slaughtmanus, posted their support for Jack too.
They wrote on Facebook: “Everyone at Slaughtmanus would like to wish Jack Mc Gee the very best of luck!!
“Tune into The Voice next Saturday night to see Jack in action.”
Jack attended St Patrick's and St Brigid's College in Claudy, and the 20-year-old is being supported by Claudy Life.

“Claudy Life would like to wish local lad Jack McGee all the best ahead of his weekend appearance on the Voice.
“20 year old Jack, from Tamnaherin, will take to the stage on Saturday evening to perform and hopefully impress superstar judges Sir Tom Jones and will.i.am as well as brand new judges LeAnn Rimes and the McFly lads Danny and Tom.
