Dr. Mary Siobhan Gallagher, 50 Westbrook, Derry

We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Dr. Mary Siobhan Gallagher, peacefully at her home, on October 18 2024. Late of 50 Woodbrook. May she rest in peace. Loving mother of Una. Dearest wife of Michael Rush. Beloved daughter of the late Billy and Maureen. A much loved sister of Angela, Catherine, Brigid, Martin, Michael, Rosemary, Gerard, Paula and Margaret. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle and friends. Mary’s remains will be reposing at her late family home, 50 Woodbrook. Funeral leaving from there on Monday, October 21 at 9:20am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. Late of Bradagh Fold, Dungiven, Co Derry. Beloved wife of the late Stanley R.I.P. Daughter of the late Arthur and Bridget O’Kane R.I.P and dear sister of the late James, George, Paddy and Margaret (Foster) R.I.P. Loving Aunt of Maeve, Anne, Arthur, John, Terence and the late Paul R.I.P and deeply regretted by all her nieces and nephews in England and Scotland. Reposing at St Mary’s Church, Altinure overnight. Noel McGinley, 9 Derryview Terrace, Derry

The death has taken place of the late Noel McGinley, October 19 2024, peacefully at home, beloved husband of the late Bridie, 9 Derryview Terrace, loving father of Noel, Gerard, Stephen, Christine and the late John and Kevin, much loved father-in-law of Theresa, Tammy and the late Anne-Marie, a devoted grandfather and great-grandfather and dear brother of the late Alfie, Tony and Michael. His remains will be reposing in his home. Funeral from there on Monday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Columb’s Church, Chapel Road. Interment afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Ardmore.
