Former Belfast City Hall Chaplin, Baptist Minister Rev Karen Sethuraman is set to join Deirdre Hargey MLA in conversation on 'Building a Better Future Together' tomorrow evening in Gulladuff Hall, Co Derry.

The event will explore how a great friendship grew between the two women, despite coming from totally different traditions and areas of Belfast, when Deirdre Hargey was the Lord Mayor of Belfast and Rev Sethuraman was the chaplain.

Since then the two women have been on a fascinating cross community journey, with Rev Sethuraman now believing that constitutional change is the best way we can build a better future together for all our people, commenting: "As we build a future... we need to move forward together, whatever background we come from! I truly believe that the greatest work of peace and reconciliation happens through friendships."

Everyone is encouraged to come along to the Gulladuff Hall tomorrow, Tuesday, October 29 at 7:30pm for what is sure to be a very interesting evening.

Everyone is welcome to join the conversation, no matter what your view on constitutional change. Organisers hope to see you there.
