Mid Ulster District Council urges Maghera residents to shop local as second phase of Public Realm Scheme to get underway
The second phase of the Maghera Public Realm Scheme gets underway from Monday, January 6, when CivCo Ltd will commence works focusing on Hall Street, Upper and Lower Main Street and Station Road.
During kerbing and paving works, pedestrian access to properties will be maintained through use of temporary walkways where necessary.
There will be several temporary road closures and diversions in place to facilitate the works.

All town centre businesses will continue trading as normal during all construction works and Mid Ulster District Council is advising residents to shop local and show their support for Maghera businesses during this time.
