A Derry man has organised a 5km run and walk to raise money for Northern Ireland Children's Hospice.

Sean McCallion will run to fundraise for the charity that has helped his daughter for the past 12 years.

All proceeds raised will go to Northern Ireland Children's Hospice, with the run setting off from the Old Railway Station in Derry on February 16, at 11am.

Mr McCallion has encouraged as many people as possible to join him in this endeavour, by travelling however they wish to complete the 5 km for a good cause.

You can help sponsor the run by emailing katemccallion1@hotmail.co.uk.
