Celine Carlin (née Ryan), 66 William Street, Derry

The death has taken place of Celine Carlin (née Ryan), April 26 2025, peacefully at her home, 66 William Street, beloved wife of the late Daniel (Don), loving mother of Michael, Don, Rita, Eamonn and the late Eileen, devoted grandmother of Natalie, Darryl, Daniel, Shane and Angel and great-grandmother of Cora-lee, Rían, Ayda, Aodhan and Faeía, mother-in-law to Jim and Martina, dear daughter of the late Daniel and Rita, cherished sister of Michael, Donna, Annette and the late Dano, Marie, Sean and Jimmy. Celine will be reposing at her home. Funeral leaving her home on Tuesday, April 29 at 9:30am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for her.

 

Lena Clarke (née Percy), Gloucester Crescent, Portstewart

The death has occurred of the late Lena Clarke (née Percy), April 26 2025, peacefully at Causeway Hospital, in her 95th year, late of Gloucester Crescent, Portstewart. Dearly beloved wife of the late Noel and much loved daughter of the late Elizabeth (nee Kitson) and Robert Percy. Service of Thanksgiving in Agherton Parish Church, Portstewart on Thursday at 11.00am followed by interment in Portstewart Cemetery. No flowers please. Donations, if wished, for N.I. Chest, Heart & Stroke c/o Hugh Wade & Son, 3 Upper Abbey Street, Coleraine, BT52 1BF or online at www.hughwadefuneraldirectors.com. Will be loved and remembered always. Ronald Sidney (Tetley) Harper, 1B Station Road, Eglinton

The death has taken place of Ronald Sidney (Tetley) Harper (ex R.U.C.), April 26 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital (surrounded by his loving family in his 84th year), loving partner of Betty, much loved dad of Trevor and Ian, dearest father-in-law of Brenda and Rhonda, adored granda of Steven, Laura, Demi and Kai, great-granda, of Leo, Evie, Tillie, Phoebie and Cru. Service of Thanksgiving in his late home, 1B Station Road, Eglinton, on Tuesday, April 29 at 12.00noon, followed by burial in Altnagelvin Cemetery. Family flowers only donations in lieu if desired to Cornfield Care Home (Comfort Fund) c/o 51, Seacoast Road, Limavady BT49 9DW. Everyone is welcome to call at Cornfield Care Home, (Kingfisher) Limavady on Sunday from 2.00pm until 4.00pm and evening from 6.00pm until 9.00pm, and on Monday from 6.00pm until 9.00pm. Very deeply regretted and will be lovingly remembered by his entire family circle. “Forever in our thoughts”.

 

Charles Edward (Eddie) Harte, 31 Oeghill Park, Tamnaherin

It is with regret we announce the passing of Charles Edward (Eddie) Harte, April 26 2025, beloved husband of the late Josephine, loving father of Edward Junior, Christopher and Odran and much loved grandfather of Rebecca and Megan. His remains will be reposing in his home, 31 Oeghill Park, Tamnaherin, on Sunday from 12noon - 9.00pm. Funeral from there on Monday at 11.30am for 12o’clock Requiem Mass in St. Mary's Church, Tamnaherin. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if wished, to Marie Curie, 29G Gortrush Industrial Estate, Omagh, BT78 5EJ. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
