Tyrone woman admits disorderly behavior charge in Altnagelvin Hospital

A woman will be sentenced in July after she admitted a charge of disorderly behavior in Altnagelvin Hospital. 

Katherine McGlynn (49) of Ballycolman Estate in Strabane appeared at Derry Magistrate's Court today where she admitted one charge of disorderly behaviour in Altnagelvin on March 26 last year.

District Judge Conor Heaney said that the defendant had a suspended sentence from November last year.

He said the fact that the offence occurred in Accident and Emergency and the other circumstances of the offence he felt that a pre-sentence report was appropriate. 

He adjourned the case until July 4 to allow a report to be prepared.
