The death has taken place of Liam Averall, June 22025, late of 14 Derramore Park, Magherafelt, beloved husband of Sarah and loving father of Sorcha (McVey), father in law of Cathal and grandfather of Ceadaoin and Cathair Og, son of the late William and Rose and dear brother of Nancy Averall, Esther Early and the late Mary McGuckin and Assumpta McLoughlin. Funeral from his home, 14 Derramore Park on Thursday, June 5 at 10.30am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption Magherafelt via webcam Webcam – Magherafelt Parish , interment afterwards in cemetery at Church of St. John Milltown. Trea Cushley, 1 Cherry Hill, Maghera

The death has taken place of Trea Cushle, June 12025, (1 Cherry Hill, Maghera, formerly Magherafelt), beloved partner Tony O’Doherty, loving daughter of Billy and the late Josie, dear sister of Briege McLarnon (Bernard), Imelda Flaherty (Pat), Paul and Fabian (Julie). Gerry Doherty, 82 Moyola Drive, Derry

It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Gerry Doherty, June 1 2025, peacefully at his home after a short illness, formerly of Southend Park, beloved husband of the late Bernadette, loving father of Malachy, Damian, Carmel, Sean, Ursula and the late Gerald, a devoted grandfather and great-grandfather, dear brother of the late Kathleen and a much loved uncle. Gerry’s remains will be reposing in his home, 82 Moyola Drive. Funeral from there on Wednesday at 12.30pm for 1o’clock Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown.
