Local charity HURT is urging 100 Derry people to take the plunge and back their upcoming fundraising effort.
The bungee jump challenge will take place on Saturday, August 20 at Ebrington Square, and the local charity aims to raise awareness of suicide and addiction, with all proceeds going to support HURT.
A spokesperson said: “If you always wanted to tick a bucket list activity off your list? Now’s your chance!
“Leap for a cause and support those around you! Spaces are filling up fast, and if you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.”
HURT offers holistic care, counselling and complimentary therapies to improve physical health and emotional well-being for those recovering from addiction.
Founded by Sadie O'Reilly, who tragically lost her son Tony to heroin addiction, HURT provides help and support to others struggling with addiction and their families.
The charity also provides support, treatment and education programmes for individuals and family members affected by drugs and alcohol across the North West.
