Susan Hegarty, 19 Marlborough Terrace, Derry

The death has occurred of the late Susan Hegarty, September 26 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved daughter of the late Michael and Catherine and loving sister of Maureen, Charlie, Sean and the late Daniel Joseph. Loved and will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and the wider family circle. Susan will be reposing at her home, 19 Marlborough Terrace. Family time please from 9:00pm to 12:00noon. Funeral leaving her home, on Monday, September 29 at 11:00am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 11:30am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her.

Geraldine Lamberton (née Bonner), 48 Malin Gardens, Derry

It is with deep regret and sorrow we announce the passing of Geraldine Lamberton (née Bonner), September 27 2025, peacefully surrounded by her loving family, at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of Charlie, special aunt to Declan and Claire, devoted granny of Lennon, Maci, Lucy and Julia, dear daughter of the late Patrick and Kathleen, loving sister of Mary, Bernie, Ann, Terence, Matt, Andrew, Carmel and the late Paddy and Patsy, a loving aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Geraldine will be reposing at her home, 48 Malin Gardens, on Sunday, September28  from 12:00noon to 11:00pm. Funeral leaving her home on Monday, September 29 at 9:20am to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of John McFeely peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on September 27 2025. May he rest in peace. Precious son of Michael and Dympna. Loving partner of Charlene and devoted father to Clare, Ethan and Sophia. Dear brother of Catherine (Johnny), Michelle (Christopher) and Mitch (Emma). Fond uncle of Darby, Clara, Catháir, Katie, Michéal and Michael Og. Very deeply regretted by the entire family circle. Reposing at his parents home - 130 Muldonagh Road, Foreglen, Claudy, Co Derry. Family time 10.00pm to 11.00am. Funeral on Monday, September 29 2025 leaving his parents home at 10.10am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Peter and St Paul’s Church, Foreglen. The death has occurred of the late Margaret (Hilary) Walsh (née Parkhill), September 26 2025, Suddenly on holiday in Dundee, Scotland, formerly of 18 Milltown Crescent, Drumahoe, much loved wife of James, adored sister of Noel and the late Jim, Robbie and Viona, a precious aunt, great-aunt and sister-in-law. Funeral arrangements later (all enquires to D. & R.
