Derry JFC final between Lavey and Banagher postponed

This weekend sees the Derry hurling championship finals at Owenbeg.

Unfortunately due to the weather, the Leadon Timber Frames County Junior Final scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday) between Lavey and Banagher has been postponed.

The Derry intermediate and senior hurling finals will go ahead as scheduled on Sunday.

The losers of last weekend’s senior semi-finals, Swatragh and Ballinascreen, will contest the intermediate decider, which serves as the curtain-raiser to the senior final. Throw-in is set for 1:30pm in Owenbeg.

This weekend's senior final will see Slaughtneil face their Dungiven rivals Kevin Lynch's on Sunday with a throw-in of 3:30pm in Owenbeg.
