A woman charged with non-fatal strangulation of her two-year-old daughter has had to leave her bail address after it was attacked Derry Magistrate's Court heard today.
Kelsey McLaughlin (29) of Drumard Park in Derry had been granted bail on Monday after being charged with non-fatal strangulation of her two year old daughter.
A defence barrister Stephen Chapman told the court that after a video of the incident had been released by an unknown party the defendant's and her mother's houses had been attacked.
The breach of bail occurred after she was found to be at an address other than the one that had been approved by the court on Monday.
Mr Chapman said that the defendant had been forced to vacate the address.
Bail was once again granted to an address to be approved by police and she will appear again on December 4.
