The accused will appear before Derry Court today.
A man arrested by Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Organised Crime Branch, assisted by colleagues from Operational Support Department at a cannabis factory in Magherafelt, has been charged to court.
He is charged with a number of drug related offences and is due to appear before Derry Magistrates' Court today, Wednesday, November 12.
As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
