Marjorie Devlin, 335 Carnhill, Derry

The death has taken place of Marjorie Devlin, November 20 2025 peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Eamon and the late Frank Brown. Loving mother of Martin, Mia, Michael, Margie and Penny. A much loved Grandmother and great-grandmother. Marjorie will be reposing at her family home, 355 Carnhill today (Sunday, November 23) at 12noon. Family time please from 9.00pm to 11.00am  Funeral leaving her home on Tuesday at 9.20am to St Brigid’s Church, Carnhill, for Requiem Mass at 10 00am. Una Devine (née Doherty), 180 Strabane Old Road, Derry

The death has taken place of Una Devine (née Doherty), November 20 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of the late Frankie, 180 Strabane Old Road, loving mother of Kevin, Colette, Oonagh and Geraldine, mother-in-law of Siobhan, Dónal, Gerry and Gavin, devoted grandmother of Órán, Lauren, Níamh, Mícheál, Eamonn, Aóife, Grace, Lorcán and Frankie and dear sister of Lily and the late Bertie, Fonsy, Josephine and Noel. Una’s remains will be reposing in her home. Funeral from there on Sunday at 9.45am for 10.15am funeral Mass in Church of the Immaculate Conception, Trench Road. Interment afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ardmore. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.

Mary McGrogan (née McErlean), 142 Creagh Road, Castledawson

It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Mary McGrogan (née McErlean) (Anahorish), November 20 2025, beloved wife of Eugene and loving mother of Sinead Tribello (Gareth), Sean (Natasha), Anne De-Nasri (Sebastien) and Damian, daughter of the late John and Sheila McErlean and dear sister of Sean, Philip, Dympna (McErlain), Anthony, Martin and Geraldine (Hanova). Funeral from her home, 142 Creagh Road, Castledawson on Monday, November 24 at 10.15am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in the Church St Trea, Newbridge via webcam at Church of St. Trea . Internment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her husband, sons, daughters, their partners, grandson Caodhan, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and extended family circle.

Updated arrangements for the late Kate O’Kane (née Bell), Died November 16 2025, Suddenly but peacefully in Lanzarote, Spain, beloved wife of Malachy; loving mother of Tanya (McCloskey), Daniel, Steven, Ashlene (Heron), Thomas and DJ; mother-in-law of Liam, Paddy and Lesley-Ann and much adored Nannie of Jack, Charlie, Shéa, Sophie, Cáolan, Rosie, Alex and Clara. Daughter of the late Tom and Kathleen Bell, Ballinderry and much loved sister of Anne, Marian, Sharon, Jacqueline and Veronica. Funeral from her late residence, 55 Sunnyside Park, on Monday, November 24 2025 at 10:15am for 11o’clock Requiem Mass (Mass can be viewed on the parish webcam https://mcn.live/Camera/st-patricks-church-maghera.) Victor Scott, 64 Ballyavelin Road, Limavady

The death has occurred of the late Victor Scott, passed away peacefully at Altnagelvin surrounded by his loving family on November 21 2025. Much loved husband of Vanessa. Devoted Father of Andrew and Jason. Dear Brother of Libby and also his late siblings. House strictly private. Funeral service will be held in his late home, 64 Ballyavelin Road on Monday, November 24 at 12:30 followed by burial in Enagh Cemetery. (All welcome to funeral). Family flowers only please donations if desired to the search and rescue teams. Funeral service in Adair and Neely Funeral Home, 12 Foyle Road at 12Noon on Tuesday, November 25 followed by burial in the City Cemetery.
