A woman who has breached her bail on 27 occasions in the last two years has appeared at Derry Magistrates' Court charged with breaching her bail again.
Courtney Temple (21) of Clon Elagh in Derry is currently on bail in relation to charges concerning her father.
A police officer told the court that Temple was residing with her sister as her bail address but her sister had withdrawn that address and so Temple was in breach of her bail.
Bail was opposed due to the fact she has 27 previous bail breaches and police do not believe she will abide by conditions.
Defence solicitor Paddy MacDermott said that the sisters had a falling out and the address had been withdrawn but the address was available again as Temple's sister did not want her to go into custody.
He said that only two of the breaches related to this case as 25 of the previous breaches related to a Crown Court matter.
Temple was released on bail again to appear on January 12.
