Derry Court
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on imitation firearms and drug charges.
Michael Cullen (19) of Top Of The Hill in Derry appeared at a Preliminary Enquiry at Derry Magistrate's Court today charged with, on February 3 last year, being in possession of an imitation firearm with the Intent of causing another person fear of violence.
He was also charged with being in possession of Class B drugs on the same date.
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Cullen chose not to call any witnesses and not to submit any statements.

He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on February 11 and released on bail.
