It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Maureen Casey (née Johnson), February 4 2026, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the tender loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Foyle Hospice, beloved wife of the late Paddy, loving mother of Ann-Marie, Kevin, Donna, Charleen and Laura, devoted grandmother of Eimear, Caoimhe, Odhran, Patrick, Kevin, Sophia, Rhys, Caleb and Shay, dear mother-in-law to Charlie, Kevin, Gareth, Esther and Liam, daughter of the late George and Annie, cherished sister of George, Kathleen and the late Leta, Patricia and Gerald and a dear and loving aunt. Loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle. Maureen will be reposing at 107 Shepherds Glen. House private from 10:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving there on Saturday, February 8 at 9:20am to St. Columb’s Church, Chapel Road for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. May he rest in peace. Late of 23 Ard Na Smoll, Dungiven, Co Derry. Beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of Jolene(Joe), Charlene and James (Sam). Devoted grandfather of Katie, Kayden, Ethan, Sophia, Kody and Clare. Gearóid Fox, Manchester (Formerly of Belfield Park, Derry)

The death has taken place of Gearóid Fox, January 12 2026, peacefully at his home in Manchester, (formerly of Belfield Park, Derry), beloved husband of Maeve and devoted, much-loved father of Aoife, Cora, Eabha, Caitlin, Maisie, Dara and Odhran. Dearly loved son of the late Ann and Michael Fox. Cherished son-in-law of Una and Gerry Cullen, loving godfather to Callum, and dearly missed by his extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. Gearóid will be reposing at his cousin’s home, 67 Spruce Meadows, Culmore, BT48 8SF on Friday, February 6 from 2:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral leaving 67 Spruce Meadows at 9:20am on Saturday, February 7 to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Burial will take place in Ard La, Skerries, Co. Columb Kelly, 31 Rocktown Lane, Lavey

The death has occurred of the late Columb Kelly (Rocktown), February 3 2026, peacefully in Antrim Area Hospital, beloved husband of Bernadette and loving daddy of Ann Marie (Sean McKenna), Patricia (Seán Óg O’Rawe) and Martin, much adored granda of Shay, Darragh and Abigail, son of the late Peter and Catherine Kelly. Requiem Mass on Friday at 2.30pm and can be viewed via webcam Church of Our Lady of Mercy, Lavey, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. The death has taken place of Noel Lyttle, February 4 2026, peacefully at hospital, 27 Warren Crescent, Portstewart. It is with deep regret we announce the passing of John Leo Millar, February 5 2026, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of Ella, devoted and proud father of William, Sean, Dessie, Gerard, Marie, Georgina and Helen, father-in-law of Patricia, Angela, Mandi, Fiona, Martin and Dominic, a much loved grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, whose greatest joy in life was his family. A man of deep love and loyalty, John will be remembered for the warmth he brought into every room, his dedication to his family, and the lasting impact he made on all who were fortunate enough to know him.
