Derry Magistrate's Court
A woman who pulled down her trousers in public during the annual Apprentice Boys march has been given probation at Derry Magistrate's Court today.
Samantha Robinson (38) of Ballymagowan Avenue in Derry admitted a charge of indecent behaviour in the Shipquay Place area on December 6 last year.
She also admitted a charge of disorderly behaviour on the same date in the same area.
Police were on duty during the annual Apprentice Boys Lundy's Day march and were approached and told about a woman who had taken her trousers down.
They approached and found Robinson who also started shouting and acting in a disorderly manner.

Defence counsel Michael Donaghy said that while the behaviour was 'not pleasant' Robinson had no previous convictions for this type of thing.
He added that Robinson's recent offending was only 'pulling her trousers down and shouting' that was an improvement.
She was given a 12 month probation order.
