Derry man remanded on threats to kill and assault charges

A man has appeared at Derry Magistrate's Court charged with a series of offences including threats to kill.

Sean McCauley (34) of Rockmills in Derry appeared charged with disorderly behavior, indecent behavior, jaywalking, making threats to kill, threatening to commit criminal damage to a car and assault.

All of the offences were said to have occurred on March 1.

A police officer connected the accused to the charges and there was no bail application as there is currently an issue with his address. 

McCauley was remanded in custody and the case was adjourned until March 11.
