The death has occurred of the late Elizabeth Parke (Elsie) Bond (née Scott), March 3 2026, Peacefully at Cornfield Care Centre, Limavady, much love wife of the late William, devoted mother of Sylvia, Ivan, Ernest, Ronald, Gordon, Christine and the late Mildred, adored grandmother, great-grandmother and a great-great-grandmother. Funeral leaving her late home, 54 Caw Hill Park, on Friday, March 8 at 1.30pm followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for her life in Faughanvale Presbyterian Church at 2.00pm burial afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired (cheques made payable) to Alzheimer’s Society N.I. c/o Mrs Ruth Hay, Funeral Director, 24A Church Road, Altnagelvin, Derry, BT47 3QQ. The death has occurred of the late Sarah (Sadie) Boone (née Evans), March 4 2026, (peacefully) at her home, 40 Forgetown Road, Maghera, (in her 94th year), dearly beloved Wife of the late David (Davey), much loved Mother of Elizabeth, a dear Mother-in-Law of John, beloved Daughter of the late Arthur and Elizabeth, Bellaghy and dearest Sister of the late Bob, Jim, Arthur, Mabel, Rachel and Alex. John-Paul Gorman, 65 Elaghmore Park, Derry

The death has occurred of the late John-Paul Gorman, March 3 2026, suddenly at his home, beloved son of John and the late Annmarie, loving brother of Kevin, Sharon and the late Patrick, devoted uncle of Cara and Eoin, dear brother-in-law of Linda and a cherished nephew. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle and his many friends. John-Paul will be reposing at his family home, 65 Elaghmore Park, on Thursday, March 5 from 11:00am to 10:00pm. Funeral leaving the family home on Friday, March 6 at 10.20am to St Joseph’s Church, Galliagh for Requiem Mass at 11:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him.

Brian Hassan, 6 Lackagh Park, Dungiven

We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Brian Hassan peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on March 2 2026. May he rest in peace. Late of 6 Lackagh Park, Dungiven, Co Derry. Beloved husband of the late Rita RIP and loving father of Sean and the late baby Lisa. Son of the late Lily and Ned RIP and dear brother of Francie, Gerard and the late Eamon and Maureen RIP.
