The death has occurred of the late Roy Arbuckle, March 4 2026, in the Royal Victoria Hospital after a short illness. Dearly beloved husband of Martina. Loving father of Kerry, Kirstein, John, Robert, Jaye and Emma. Dear father-in-law of Ariane and Chris. Devoted grandfather of Lucas and Mason. Service of Thanksgiving on Saturday, March 7 2026 at 12noon in the Guildhall, Derry followed by burial in the City Cemetery. Liam Browne, Heene Terrace, Worthing, England (Formerly of 6 Asylum Rd, Derry)

It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Liam Browne, peacefully at The Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, England on February 21 2026. Late of Heene Terrace, Worthing, England and formerly of 6 Asylum Rd, Derry. May he rest in peace. Beloved father of Tomás and Gabriel. Devoted son of the late Jimmy and Joan. Loving brother of Catherine, Mairead and Claire. Dearest uncle of Stephen, Micaela, Nathan, Katrina, Aidan and Niamh. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, Rachael, Sonny and his much loved close friends. Liam’s remains will be reposing at his sister Mairead’s residence, 17 Elmvale, Culmore. Mae Campbell, 31 Rossbay, Limavady Road, Derry

The death has taken place of Mae Campbell, March 5 2026, peacefully at Cornfield Care Centre, in her 100th year, loving sister of Myra and the late Liam, Eugene, Matt, Sean, Gregory, Hester and Noel and a much loved aunt and great-aunt. Mae will be reposing in her home, 31 Rossbay, Limavady Road. Her remains will be removed from there on Friday evening at 6.00pm to repose overnight in St Columb's Church, Waterside. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10o’clock. Interment afterwards in Altnagelvin Cemetery. The Mass can be viewed live via the church webcam. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.

Margaret Sarah Johnston, 19 Dunboe Gardens, Articlave, Coleraine

The death has taken place of the late Margaret Sarah Johnston, March 4 2026, (peacefully) at her home, 19 Dunboe Gardens, Articlave, Coleraine (formerly Portrush), dearly beloved wife of the late Hugh, much loved mother of Lynn, Lesa and Mark, dear mother-in-law of James and Andrea and devoted grandmother of Thomas, Margie, Ben, Rachel, Lily, Eva, Noah and Amelia. Service in 1st Dunboe Presbyterian Church, Articlave on Sunday at 1.30pm followed by interment in Ballywillan Cemetery, Portrush. House Private, family and friends welcome on Friday from3 6.00pm – 9.00pm and Saturday from 2.00pm to 5.00pm. Family flowers only please. The death has taken place of the late Majella McCaughey (née Callaghan), March 5 2026, peacefully at home, beloved wife of Thomas, loving mother of Alex, Darren, Stephanie, Sharon, Gerard and the late Thomas, mother-in-law of Alana, Caoimhe and Gareth, devoted grandmother of Allie, Layla, Carragh, Aodha and Hannah and a much loved sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Majella will be reposing in her home, 28 Collon Lane.
