St Mary's College Maghera Y8 join the refillution and recieve new water butt
Pictured are some of the Year 8 pupils at St Mary’s College College, Maghera who have decided to start 2026 on the right foot by pledging to join NI Water’s Refillution campaign.
NI Water’s education team provided the pupils with free reusable water bottles to encourage them to refill from the tap, therefore helping to protect the environment by reducing the amount of single use plastic water bottles that could potentially end up polluting our seas.

NI Water’s education team also donated a new waterbutt for them to use in their garden. Waterbutts are a great way of harvesting rainwater, which can then be used to water plants or wash windows.
