William (Willie) Bradley, 86 Elaghmore Park, Derry

The death has occurred of the late William (Willie) Bradley, March 6 2026, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved husband Jackie, loving father of Gavin, Orla, Tara and Patricia, father-in-law of Claire, Joe, John and Gavin, devoted grandfather of Shannon, Oran, Kiernan, Oisin, Mia, Clara and Leon, great-grandfather of Logan and dear brother of Pauline, Matt , Kathleen and the late Patsy, Claire, Bridie and Jim. His remains will be reposing in his home, 86 Elaghmore Park, from 12 noon on Saturday. Funeral from there on Monday at 10.30am for 11o’clock Requiem Mass in St Joseph’s Church, Galliagh. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family time please from 10.00pm to 12noon. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

 

William Alexander (Sandy) Buick, Ballinderry

The death has taken place of the late William Alexander (Sandy) Buick, died peacefully after a short illness, on the March 5 2026, at the Royal Victoria Hospital, late of Belmont Care Home, Belfast. He will be missed by all his Family, especially His Wife Betty. Dearly loved Father of Gary, Lynne and David and their Partners Lorraine, Mark and Kathy, loving Grandfather of Conor and Jonathan, much loved Brother of George, Irene and the late Tom and Brother-in-Law of Dave, Pat and the late Mary. All welcome at D. Watters Funeral Home, Tobermore on Sunday evening, March 8 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. A Service of Thanksgiving for Sandy’s Life will take place in St. John’s Parish Church, Ballinderry on Monday, March 9 at 1:00pm, followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard. Irene Maud (Renee) Clarke (née Malone), Coleraine

The death has occurred of the late Irene Maud (Renee) Clarke (née Malone), March 6 2026, peacefully at her niece Irene’s home, 45 Killeague Road, Coleraine. Dearly loved wife of the late George, dear sister-in-law of Meta and much loved aunt and great-aunt. Family and friends are welcome to call at Killeague Road to pay their respects. Funeral service at 45 Killeague Road, Macosquin on Sunday at 2.00pm, followed by interment in Killaig Presbyterian Churchyard. Family flowers only please. Sheila Craig (née Donnelly), Coleraine

The death has taken place of Sheila Craig (née Donnelly), March 4 2026, (peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by her loving family), late of Brookhill House, Coleraine, dearly beloved wife of the late Gerry, much loved mother of Geraldine, Charles, Sheila, Amelia, Bernadette, Estelle and the late Peter and a much loved and devoted grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Service in Murdock’s Funeral Home, 2a Windsor Avenue, Coleraine on Tuesday at 11.30am followed by interment in Belmont Cemetery, Antrim. Ann Griffith (née Linton), Derry

The death has occurred of the late Ann Griffith (née Linton), March 5 2026, peacefully in The Foyle Hospice. Loving wife of John, devoted mum of Joanne, Emma and Lauren. Mother-in-law of Dave and Jonny. Adored granny to Lee, Callum, Josh, Noah, Darcey and Poppy. Dearest sister of Beth, Joan, Helen, Evelyn, Adrienne and the late Billy and Ian. Funeral service in Ebrington Presbyterian Church at 1.30pm on Sunday, March 8 followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery. Marie Kelly (née Dalzell), 174 Elaghmore Park, Derry

It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Marie Kelly (née Dalzell), peacefully at The Foyle Hospice on March 5 2026. Late of 174 Elaghmore Park and formerly of 19 Iniscarn Crescent. May she rest in peace. Beloved wife of the late Barney. Devoted mother of Bernard (Bee). Dearest mother-in-law of Paula. Loving granny of Caoimhe and Aodhan. Precious daughter of the late Jim and Eileen. A much loved sister of Jim, Thomas, Esther, John, Hugh, Patricia, Siobhan and the late Norman and Margaret. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Marie’s remains will be reposing at her late home, 174 Elaghmore Park. Funeral leaving from there on Sunday, March 8 at 12:30pm for 1:15pm Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. The death has taken place of James Colum (Seamus) Murphy (Bellaghy), March 5 2026, beloved husband of Rose Marie and much loved father of Oliver, Claire McKenna (Philip), Breige Young (Joe), John (Edel), Aideen, Colum (Linda), son of the late John and Bridget and dear brother of Richard, Marie Kearney, Gerard and the late Betty Shaw, Isobel McCloskey, Peter, Sean and Olive Dougan. Funeral from his home, 84 Ballyscullion Road on Sunday, March 8 at 12.15pm for 1.00pm Mass in Church of St. Mary Bellaghy via webcam at Webcam – Bellaghy-Ballyscullion Parish, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. The death has taken place of the late Donald McKenna (Draperstown), March 5 2026, late of 39 Glenelly Villas, son of the late Nellie and Donald and dear brother of Pat, Rita Donnelly, Francis, Regina Farrelly and the late Anna Mc Williams, Mary Shaw, Philomena McKenna, Margaret Trainor, Jim, Bernadette McKean, Nuala Mc Kenna, Vera Rahme and John. Funeral from his sisters home Regina Farrelly, 42 Glenelly Villas on Sunday, March 8 at 1.30pm for 2.00pm Requiem Mass in Church of St. Columba Straw, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Deeply regretted by his brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and extended family circle. The wake for Donald will commence from 11.00am to 9.00pm on Saturday at his sister Regina's home 42 Glenelly Villas.

The death has occurred of the late Desmond Joseph Paul, March 5 2026, (peacefully) at his home, 4 Draperstown Road, Tobermore, dearly loved Husband of Sylvia, loving Father of Desmond and David, a dear Father-in-Law of Janice and Maureen and proud Grandfather of Andrew, Philip, Cherith, Muireann and Finn. All welcome at D. Watters Funeral Home, Tobermore on Saturday evening, March 7 from 7:30pm – 9:00pm. Funeral service will take place in his home on Sunday, March 8 commencing at 4:00pm, followed by A Service of Committal in Tobermore Presbyterian Cemetery. Family flowers only please. The death has taken place of the late Florence Tayloe (née Boyle), March 6 2026, beloved wife of Paul, Gorteen Crescent, Limavady, loving mother of Andrew, Tracy and the late Mark, mother-in-law of Richard, devoted grandmother of Laura, Rachel, Conor and Oran, great-grandmother of Théa and Cillían and dear sister of Isobel, Danny, Michael, Sr. Anna, Mary, Paddy, Alex, Faustina and Lawrence. Her remains will be reposing in her daughter's home, 7 Crossnadonnell Road, Limavady. Funeral from there on Sunday at 10o'clock for 10.30am funeral Mass in St Mary's Church, Limavady. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
