Derry Magistrate's Court
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of drug charges.
The man who had previously been granted anonymity appeared at a Preliminary Enquiry at Derry Magistrate's Court today.
He was charged with several drug offences including being concerned in the supply of class B and class C drugs on dates between September 10 2024 and December 3 2024.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
The man said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.

He was returned for trial in custody to Derry Crown Court on May 5.
