Man charged with sexual assault Class B drugs offences

The man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the alleged victim, was charged with the the offences that were said to have occurred on March 11

A man has appeared at Derry Magistrates' Court charged with sexual assault and being concerned in the supply of Class B drugs.

The man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the alleged victim, was charged with the the offences that were said to have occurred on March 11.

Bail was agreed and he was released on a number of conditions, including an address approved by police, that he not enter the area where the alleged victim lives, he has no contact with the alleged victim and he abstain from drugs and alcohol.

He will appear again on April 23.
