Teenager appears before Derry Court charged with possession of imitation weapons

The alleged injured party in the case is the teenager's mother, the court heard

£250,000 fraud case involving Donegal woman adjourned at Derry Magistrate's Court

Derry Magistrates' Court.

A teenager has appeared at Derry Magistrates' Court charged with possession of imitation weapons with the intent to make someone believe that violence would be used against them.

Jack Ferguson (19), of no fixed abode, was charged with the offences that were said to have occurred on April 8 with the alleged injured party being his mother.
Bail was not opposed and he was released on a number of conditions, including residing in an address approved by police and that he have no contact with his mother.
He will appear again on May 7.
