The fire broke out at premises on the Aughrim Road on Wednesday, April 22.
Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service said they received the call at 9.27pm.
Two fire appliances from Magherafelt Fire Station, two from Cookstown Fire Station, one appliance and one Command Support Unit from Kilrea Fire Station were in attendance.
One appliance and a Water Tanker from Pomeroy Fire Station, one appliance from Maghera Fire Station and one Aerial Appliance from Northland Fire Station also attended the incident.

A NIFRS spokesperson said: "Firefighters were called to reports of a well-developed fire at a commercial premises on Aughrim Road, Magherafelt.
"Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used 1 jet and 1 hose reel jet to extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation and the incident was dealt with by 1.25am (Thursday 23 April 2026)."
