Colly McLaughlin (IRSP)
Galliagh man Colly McLaughlin is throwing his hat in the ring for election to Stormont for the Irish Republican Socialist Party (IRSP) in Foyle.
McLaughlin founded the community activist group Galliagh Community Response, and as been involved in community activism in Derry for the last two decades.
The 38-year-old has not stood for election previously at any level, but says he will be fighting for a 'united Ireland and the most marginalised in our society'.
