Derry YouTuber Adam B shares heartwarming letter he wrote to himself last Christmas

Derry YouTube star, Adam B, has shared a wholesome note written to himself from last year where he details he had come out to his family and wishes his future self the same with the public.

He also writes about meeting his boyfriend Dom and his future career projects.

Posting to Twitter, the 23-year-old former Blue Peter presenter explained his tradition of leaving himself a note in the Christmas tree box to read for the following year.

Alongside an image of the letter that Adam penned at the end of 2021, he wrote that “this year’s note was extra special." 

The letter went on to explain that Adam feels as though he has “a new lease of life.”

The note read: “Hello 2022! By the time you’re reading this, I would’ve left Blue Peter, my book is published and hopefully almost finished writing book 2. I'm really excited for 2022."

Adam posted the note he penned to himself last Christmas on his Twitter account 

It continued: “This Christmas, I also came out to my family. I don’t know if the wider world knows my secret by the time you’re reading this,” the letter continues. “But I’ve found someone who makes me really happy. His name is Dominic. Dom for short.”

“I hope 2022 has brought happiness, health and good memories! Merry Christmas!!!,” the letter concludes.

Adam came out publicly in July 2022 with a video posted to his 3.44 million YouTube subscribers titled, ‘I’M GAY…’ 

The video saw an outpouring of support from fans and the public alike. Adam took to his social media to thank everyone and that he was "very overwhelmed" and "happy."

Adam B has had great success ever since he began his YouTube channel in 2012.
