Connor Coyle was victorious in Florida.
Connor Coyle is now 18-0 after retaining his NABA middleweight title with victory over Bosnian Sladin Janjanin in Florida on Sunday night.
The Derry Middleweight, in action for the first time since the controversial cancellation of his bout with Felix Cash in London two months ago, had to refocus his energies on Janjanin as he looked to finish 2022 with his fourth victory of the year.
He did just that after Janjanin retired at the end of round seven after a hard-hitting contest.
Coyle will now return home to spend Christmas with his family before focusing on getting a top 10 ranked opponent in the New Year.
