Some of the many books for sale in the SVP Thrift Shop, Donegal Town
Whether you get excited about Fifty Shades of Grey or you love to get your teeth into a good old fashioned murder mystery, you are sure to find a book that you love at the St Vincent de Paul Thrift Shop in Donegal Town.
And better still, the Thrift Shop is having a massive book sale, with some fantastic bargains up for grabs.
Starting on Wednesday, February 1, customers will be able to pick up books from the extensive range for a mere 50c each.
And there is even better value to be found in the children's section, where books are only three for 50c.
The SVP Thrift Shop is of great benefit to the community in that it raises funds to help those who are struggling financially, while also offering a good quality clothes, books and household items at a very low cost.
Staffed by a team of dedicated volunteers, this gem of a shop on Donegal Town's Water Street is well worth a visit.
It is open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 2pm.
The shop's Facebook page St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Shop Donegal Town regularly has sneak previews of some of the more desirable items that will be hitting the shelves from week to week. It also has updates on sales and other thrift shop news.
