A unique and once off gathering of top musicians and spoken word artists will come together at the end of this month as part of RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta 50-year celebrations.
This gala concert, RnaG 50, will take place in Amharclann Ghaoth Dobhair on Friday, February 24 as part of the 50-year celebrations for the station.

The station’s Northern Regional Manager Damien Ó Dónaill said that the night was being held to celebrate the station’s history, and to thank the listeners and the many people who had contributed to the station’s success since 1972.
Pride of place, cultural richness and heritage will be central themes of the concert, and tickets will be given away on the station’s Donegal-based programmes Barrscéalta, Bladhaire and Cas Ceirnín, starting on Friday February 10, so stay tuned to hear how to apply.
