The Barge is located at 42 Charlemont Street, Dublin 2, on the Grand Canal
The McCafferty’s Group has acquired The Barge, the well established and high profile city centre pub premises.
It means an entry to the Dublin market for the McCafferty’s, who are owned by Declan Boyle from Lettermacaward, and have bars in Donegal town, Letterkenny, Dungloe, Carrick-on-Shannon, as well as in the UK.
The Barge is located at 42 Charlemont Street, Dublin 2, on the Grand Canal, and was sold for a fee reported to be €3.75 million
"It was a pleasure to represent The McCafferty’s Group with their acquisition of The Barge, the well established and high profile city centre pub premises," said Paul Doyle, a native of Letterkenny, and Managing Director of Bannon represented the occupier.
