A pop-up craft exhibition showcasing local craftwork is taking place in the Heritage Centre, Ardara.
The craft exhibition runs on Saturday, March 18 from 11am to 4pm. This is a great opportunity to come along and see master crafters at work.
The parade takes place on Sunday, March 19, starting at 3.30pm from the Church Car Park and all participants are asked to be there before 3pm. The Cup for the best shop window display is up for grabs this year again. Shops around the town have been busy preparing their windows for St Patrick’s weekend.
Meanwhile, the Ardara Walking Festival takes place over the St Patrick’s weekend, with registration on Friday evening. Saturday's walk will be for more experienced hikers, while Sunday's is more beginner-friendly.
Kevin the co-ordinator has selected some very exciting walks to cater for all walkers. For more details see ardara.ie or contact Kevin Maguire on 087 6734875
