Plans submitted for new hotel in Narin-Portnoo

A decision on the application is due from Donegal County Council in May.

Planning permission is being sought to build a new hotel in Narin-Portnoo.

An application has been made to Donegal County Council for the demolition of an existing hotel and the construction of a new hotel on the site.

The application by Paddy McHugh and Anthony Bonner includes a car parking facility and the installation of a new sewage treatment system that will serve both the new hotel and six existing dwellings.

Permission is also being sought for the decommissioning of the on-site treatment system that serves the existing hotel and the six existing dwellings.

The application includes the erection of associated signage and all associated site development works. 

A decision on the application is due from Donegal County Council in May.
