Donegal Sports Partnership's Sports Project Officer, Hugh Carlin, says the training session will be extremely interactive, with lots of practical exercises both indoors and outdoors.

"It will look at the importance of play, inclusion and how to make it happen. It will also look at the area of exclusion and who faces it along with tips on how to overcome certain barriers. Language, understanding and planning will also play a key role in the training," he comments.

"The training will be facilitated by Playboard NI who have vast experience in this area throughout the island and we look forward to them sharing their knowledge and experience with our volunteers," the project officer adds.

The session begins at 10am and concludes at 1pm.
